NEW Colorful HUD

Content: Gives the weapon, radio and map-marker icons their full colour.
Usage: Open the weapon wheel, the radio wheel or the minimap and the icons come up in colour.
Install: One click in the client; the files go into the mods overlay and the game install stays untouched.
