Realistic Weather Effects Unleashed (Legacy)

Content: Rewrites weather, atmosphere and the time cycle, dragging the base weather up to modern standards.
Usage: Switch the weather — rain, thunderstorm, fog — and the new behaviour is immediate.
Install: One click in the client; the files go into the mods overlay and the game install stays untouched.
