Revamped Particle Effects

Content: Rebuilt explosions, fire, bullet impacts, muzzle flash and blood mist; the author has iterated it to 1.6.
Usage: Fire a gun or throw a grenade and the particles and explosions are all new.
Install: One click in the client; the files go into the mods overlay and the game install stays untouched.
