NPC Pickup Mod

Content: Unarmed enemies run to weapons on the ground and pick them up with a real pickup animation; shooting an NPC in the hand or forearm makes them drop their gun for three seconds.
Install: One click in the client; every file is deployed automatically.
How to use: Nothing to configure — it just works in game (needs ScriptHookV and SHVDN v3 from the environment pack).
