Shibuya

Shibuya sits in the ocean WEST of Los Santos (author: "west of LS"), mostly outside the standard bounds — use the ZhuLong toolbox teleport rather than sailing: street centre X -5,990 Y 745 Z 70 · main blocks X -6,071 Y 796 Z 60 · ground props X -5,920 Y 728 Z 45. The traffic path node (nodes548.ynd) is now included so the streets have traffic; the author never shipped pedestrian scenarios.
