1. Membership benefits
A free account can browse the market, download and install Mods. Free downloads are limited, and some content requires membership. While a membership is active, you can download market content under the membership terms without the free allowance.
The plans, prices and exact benefits are shown on the Membership page in the client.
2. Payment
Membership is paid with WeChat. After you place an order in the client, a payment QR code is shown; scan it with WeChat to pay.
Benefits usually activate within seconds of a successful payment. If they do not, open the Membership page and refresh the order status.
3. Order states
- Pending payment: the order exists but has not been paid.
- Paid: the payment succeeded and the benefits have been granted.
- Closed: the order timed out or was not paid; you can place a new one.
4. Common questions
- Paid but no benefits: do not place another order. Refresh the Membership page first, and if the problem persists contact the help center with your order number.
- QR code expired: request a new one on the order page.
- Refunds and invoices: send your order number and your request through the help center and we will handle it.
